Rethinking of a historical apartment in Milan, Italy.
This is a challenge for designers to completely reimagine the interior of a historic apartment located in the vibrant Isola district of Milan. The project focuses on developing innovative design solutions for contemporary urban living within the context of Milan's rich architectural and cultural heritage. The goal is to transform a traditional "Casa di Ringhiera" apartment into a modern, functional, and aesthetically refined living space for a young professional or couple working in the architecture or design industry. Designers are encouraged to explore materials, colours, spatial layouts, and furniture concepts that bridge tradition with innovation.

Deliverables for the Competition
– Two A1 Panels (horizontal; .jpg format, max 20MB each).
– Descriptive Text (250–500 words, .doc/.docx format).
Best Moodboard Award Submission (Optional) – for eligible professionals:
– 4–6 high-res images of a physical moodboard using Material Bank samples.
– Short descriptive text (max 250 words).
– Shareable Material Bank board link.
