Tender submission requirements:
– Comprehension of the problem: A 3-page maximum document outlining the approach, challenges, and sustainability considerations.
– References: 6 references (2 from the lead architect, 2 from the civil engineer, and 2 from the construction management specialist if applicable).
– Organization of the candidate: A description of the advantages of the candidate’s team, an organizational chart, and qualifications of key personnel.
– Fee proposal: Detailed fee breakdown for each phase of the project (SIA phases 31-53), including ordinary services, specific services, and SNBS (Sustainable Construction Standard) related services.
