Kingston University Framework
Kingston University seeks to appoint a full suite of consultants under a competitive framework to deliver diverse estate projects over four years.
Kingston University is procuring professional architectural services through a competitive framework agreement, covering new builds, refurbishments, extensions, and fit-outs across its campuses. The framework will serve a rolling programme of works aimed at enhancing teaching, research, and student facilities, with project values typically ranging from small-scale refurbishments under £2m to more substantial developments exceeding £3m. Appointed consultants will provide core architectural, lead consultancy, and CDM principal designer services, alongside optional technical advisor roles, ensuring design quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the University’s sustainability and strategic objectives.
Other lots include appointments for building services engineers, building surveyors, fire safety consultants, project and cost managers and structural and civil engineers.
