Design competition for the reconstruction and refurbishment of an educational institute in a historic setting in Britanny, France
The project aims to modernise and enhance the campus by offering new spaces for learning, research, collaboration, and social interaction. The design must account for environmental ambitions, promote biodiversity, and incorporate reused, bio-based, and geo-sourced materials. The total built surface includes over 4,500 m² and addresses both indoor and outdoor campus life. The works are split into two phases, the second is dependant on further financing.

Submission Criteria
Three teams will be shortlisted. Each will receive €30 for the competition stage.
Qualification submission:
– DC1 & DC2 forms
– Declaration on honor
– Insurance certificates
– Architect’s registration
– Financial documents (turnover > €500,000 for the lead)
– CVs of all proposed team members
– Candidate summary (Excel)
– Three project references in imposed PPT format (delivered in last 5 years)
– CVs
– Company registration (KBIS), tax/social compliance certificates
