Submission Criteria
1st Prize – €30k, 2nd Prize – €17k, 3rd Prize – €8.5k
Three Honourable Mentions – €3.5k each

– Investment estimate (construction cost without interiors)

– Elevations and sections (1:1000)
– Detailed site plan (1:500)
– Landscaping plan with surfaces (1:200)
– Floor plans, sections, and elevations (1:200)
– 3D views of exteriors and interiors
– Optional visual or technical additions
