Overview of risks in regard to time, quality and cost, and rationale for how they will be managed. Plus risk register with summary control measures specific to this tender. Max. 1000 words.
Explanation of how the contract will be managed and delivered, with references to previous examples where the same approach was used and lessons learned. Max. 1500 words.
Explanation of how the cost critical aspects will be managed to drive value for the client and end user, with reference to previous examples. Max. 1500 words.
Social Value method statement, with clear and quantifiable outputs in terms of timescales, hours and opportunities, with reporting mechanisms. Max. 750 words.
Explanation of sustainability expertise and how the project will be approached in a sustainable way, including quantified benefits. Max. 750 words.
