Architectural design competition for the expansion of Yeosu’s City Hall Annex, in South Korea.
Yeosu City is conducting this competition aiming is to consolidate currently dispersed administrative offices—currently spread across eight separate buildings—into a future-oriented government office facility that improves operational efficiency and public service delivery. The project envisions a civic building that not only enhances administrative functionality but also integrates civic-friendly spaces. The new annex is to be constructed on a site currently used as a parking lot, located south of the existing city hall complex.

Detailed design proposals must be physically submitted at Yeosu City Hall on 03 June 2025

– Conceptual to detailed design documents
– Administrative and technical documentation
– Presentations for blind evaluation: participants are responsible for all associated documentation and compliance with relevant legal and technical standards.
