It also includes shelters for temporary waste collection, two entry/exit ramps to the underground section, coach stands, a bus stop, bike shelters, comprehensive technical infrastructure, network connections, and a dedicated toboggan and ski hill. Subsequent phases will see the development of two additional parking sectors with a northern access road (Phase II) and an eastern access road, further parking, tennis courts, and access infrastructure for a future commercial building plot (Phase III).
