The services will be procured through a single design team appointment for each specific contract awarded under the framework. The selection process will be based on competitive tenders for these services, utilising notional hours and rates detailed in the pricing document. The framework is intended to streamline the procurement of essential consultancy expertise for the university's ongoing minor capital projects and maintenance needs over a 48-month duration.
