The project involves comprehensive architectural services for the construction of a new gendarmerie in Narrosse, France. XL Habitat, a public housing body, is overseeing this significant development, which includes a new building designed to house gendarmerie facilities. The scope of work covers full project management (Loi MOP), execution (EXE), and operational coordination (OPC). The selected team will be responsible for delivering a complete architectural solution, from initial design through to construction completion. The tender is structured as a restricted procedure, inviting a minimum and maximum of five candidates to proceed to the second stage. Key selection criteria include professional and technical capabilities, team qualifications, and relevant experience in new construction projects, specifically those involving at least 40 housing units and a public access building (ERP) of at least 700 m².
