The project involves comprehensive architectural planning for the outdoor areas of the Erlenstadion in Alsfeld, Germany. The scope of services aligns with HOAI §40 for outdoor area planning, specifically covering service phases 1-3 and 5-9. This includes fundamental design services, with particular exclusions for parts of phases 6 and 7 as per the Siemon Table HOAI 2021. Additionally, special services are required, such as ground investigation, which encompasses ram soundings, core/ram core drillings, excavator pits, and a geotechnical report. The appointed firm will also be responsible for mapping and investigating existing conditions, assisting with grant applications, preparing flood proofing certificates for properties, and overseeing defect rectification within the warranty period. This detailed planning aims to ensure a robust and well-executed development of the stadium's external environment.
