The CHU de Clermont-Ferrand is undertaking the construction of a new technical platform building for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (MPR) at its Louise Michel Hospital site in Cébazat, France. This independent facility will include a balneotherapy sector, a gymnasium, and associated spaces, designed as a 5th category 'U' type ERP (Établissement Recevant du Public). The project envisions a useful surface area of approximately 570 m². The estimated budget for the construction works is €2,104,000 excluding VAT, based on March 2026 values. The overall project management contract is expected to span 36 months, with 6 months allocated for studies, 18 months for construction, and a 12-month perfect completion guarantee period.
