The Landkreis Hersfeld-Rotenburg is undertaking the construction of a new breathing apparatus training facility in Bebra, Germany, requiring a full suite of specialist planning services. This extensive project encompasses structural engineering, thermal building physics, and fire protection design. It also includes detailed planning for technical building equipment, covering heating, plumbing, ventilation, electrical systems, telecommunications, information technology, and building automation. Furthermore, the scope extends to the architectural design of the outdoor areas surrounding the facility, which will feature parking, access roads, a dedicated training ground for the fire service, and landscaped green spaces. The planning services are divided into several lots, with phased commissioning for each, and are expected to run from November 2026 to April 2029.
