The Commune de Latour Bas Elne in France is establishing a four-year framework agreement for comprehensive architectural, engineering, and planning services. Additionally, the selected firm will provide general consulting, detailed studies, and project owner assistance. The framework agreement operates on a purchase order basis, with no minimum commitment but a maximum value of 600,000 EUR, ensuring flexibility for the municipality's diverse development needs over the contract duration.
