The Town of Guttenberg is seeking an experienced architectural firm to provide a comprehensive range of basic architectural services for its ongoing and upcoming public works initiatives. The selected firm will be tasked with conducting preliminary evaluations of various projects, exploring and reviewing alternative design and construction methodologies, and meticulously preparing detailed drawings and specifications. This scope also encompasses setting forth precise requirements for construction costs, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Crucially, the appointed architectural practice must demonstrate extensive experience with New Jersey public works projects, including the intricate process of preparing necessary bidding information, drafting bidding forms, defining contract conditions, and establishing formal agreements between the Town and its contractors. The firm will also be expected to regularly attend Town meetings upon request, providing expert architectural insight, and be available to handle any other matters requiring their professional expertise as directed by the municipality. This engagement will ensure robust architectural support for the Town's infrastructure and community development efforts.
