This project involves developing complete design and cost documentation for improving the energy efficiency of the Third Tax Office building located at ul. Lindleya 14 in Warsaw-Śródmieście. This initiative is part of the FENX.01.01 Energy Efficiency priority, supported by the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme. The scope of work includes comprehensive architectural and engineering design services, alongside author's supervision, for the building, which is also subject to heritage protection. The primary objective is to enhance the building's energy performance through a thorough retrofit and refurbishment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and preservation guidelines. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering all necessary documentation and providing oversight until March 2029.
