The Schulstiftung der Diözese Regensburg, a public-law church foundation, is implementing a comprehensive structural reorganisation of the Real- und Mittelschule Oberroning in Germany. The school campus comprises a historic monastery building and extensions from the 19th and 20th centuries, with the older structures being listed as heritage sites. The project involves demolishing a 1970s school extension and replacing it with a new building, alongside the partial general renovation and conversion of the listed existing buildings for future school use. The overall investment for the project is approximately 57 million Euros. This tender specifically covers architectural services for the outdoor areas, including playgrounds, access routes, sports facilities, and green spaces, spanning approximately 20,960 m². The scope includes optimising existing design and approval plans, preparing cost calculations, documenting heritage-related additional expenses, and supervising defect rectification. The outdoor and traffic areas have a cost ceiling of 3.2 million Euros. Construction for the overall project commenced in October 2025, with a total construction period exceeding five years, divided into two main phases.
