Duval County Public Schools is inviting submissions from experienced and qualified Architect/Engineer firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for Ribault Middle School. The project focuses on correcting prioritised deficiencies identified through facility condition assessments, ongoing code enforcement reviews, and maintenance work orders. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of repairs and replacements, including paving, sidewalks, windows, doors, painting, roofing, canopies, various building systems, and interior finishes. Construction activities will be carefully segregated from the active school environment using fencing and barriers, with close coordination to minimise risk and disruption to educational activities. The selected firm will deliver a full spectrum of professional services, including architectural design, school campus planning, landscape architecture, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical engineering, fire protection, safety and security systems, fencing, lighting, irrigation, construction administration, estimating, and interior design.
