A restricted design competition is underway for the construction of a multimodal exchange hub at La Pilleuse in Annecy. The project seeks architectural and related services, specifically for a sketch+ level design, to deliver a modern transport interchange. The provisional financial envelope allocated by the contracting authority for the works is estimated at 10,650,000.00 euros excluding VAT. The architect will be the mandatory leader of the consortium, and three candidates will be invited to proceed to the second stage of the competition. Following the competition, a service contract will be awarded to one of the winners. Successful candidates who submit proposals compliant with the programme and competition rules will be awarded a prize of 37,000 euros excluding VAT, which will serve as an advance on fees for the eventual contract recipient.
