A contract for multi-discipline project documentation and author's supervision is available for the construction of a new complex of multi-family residential buildings. This extensive project in Chełm, Poland, includes the development of underground parking facilities and various building services. The scope also covers comprehensive technical infrastructure, the design of small architectural elements, and external lighting installations. Additionally, the project encompasses provisions for waste collection points, internal and external utility systems, parking spaces, and an access road. Pedestrian pathways, a garage entrance, and retaining walls are also part of the design package. The site for this significant development is situated near ul. Synów Pułku. The detailed project requirements are outlined in the draft contract provisions and a functional-utility programme. The total duration for completing the design documentation and providing author's supervision is projected for 8 months, commencing in November 2026.
