The Haute Ecole ICHEC - ECAM - ISFSC is progressing with the executive phase of its Anjou Master Plan for its campus in Bruxelles (Woluwe-Saint-Pierre), Belgium. Following the submission of necessary urban planning and environmental permit applications, this public contract seeks a design office to implement the comprehensive architectural, structural, special technical, and landscaping designs. The project encompasses both the construction of new facilities and the renovation of existing buildings within the campus. The selected firm will be responsible for developing a detailed global execution plan, ensuring the successful realisation of the master plan's vision over a 72-month period. This includes in-depth studies for all architectural elements, structural stability, specialised technical systems, and the enhancement of surrounding public realm areas. The initiative aims to modernise and expand the campus infrastructure to meet future educational needs.
