The project at Jones Memorial Primary School in Enniskillen involves providing new special and other accommodation, which includes traditional built extensions and internal refurbishments. This work is specifically aimed at creating SEN (Special Educational Needs) accommodation and associated landscaping, adhering to DE handbooks and all relevant statutory regulations. The appointed Integrated Consultants Team will be responsible for the procurement, appointment, and management of the Contracting Team on behalf of the Education Authority. Their role will encompass managing and overseeing the project through all RIBA Stages 2-7, ensuring the successful delivery of the enhanced school facilities.
