The total construction cost, which will determine the architect’s fees, is estimated at CHF 13,370,543, excluding fees for CFC 1 to 4. The project is under a strict timeline, with all works, including final receptions, to be completed by mid-November 2029. The necessary building permit for the site, located at Route d’Yverdon 19, is currently in the process of being secured.
