The Ville de Fougères is establishing a multi-award framework agreement for architectural services and various studies related to projects on its heritage buildings. These buildings are classified, listed, protected, or otherwise remarkable, necessitating specialist expertise. The scope of services includes design missions and supervision of works. The city anticipates the total value of works under this framework agreement to be approximately €2,000,000 excluding VAT over its four-year duration. A maximum of three economic operators will be awarded places on the framework, subject to a sufficient number of suitable offers. The initiative aims to ensure the preservation and appropriate development of Fougères' significant architectural assets.
