The scope of services also includes the preparation of all necessary documentation for the strategic environmental assessment process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the successful contractor will facilitate and manage the citizen participation process, engaging local communities and stakeholders in the planning development. The contract has an estimated duration of 22 months, aiming to integrate these modifications into the broader urban framework of Donostia/San Sebastián.
