The Städtisches Klinikum Dresden is embarking on a comprehensive project to renovate and further develop the historically significant central park at its Friedrichstadt site in Germany. This initiative aims to preserve the listed park while addressing existing structural and ecological deficiencies. A key focus is adapting the park to the challenges of climate change, enhancing accessibility, and improving the overall quality of stay for visitors. The scope of work includes outdoor area planning across service phases 1 to 8, in accordance with HOAI 2021 guidelines for cost groups 500/400. The planning services will be commissioned in stages, with an anticipated project duration from June 2027 to February 2030. Funding for this important renovation comes from both the City of Dresden's own resources and federal grants, ensuring the project adheres to specific cost requirements and content guidelines set by the funding bodies.
