Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami in the Praga-Południe district of Warsaw, Poland, is seeking comprehensive design and cost estimation services for the thermal modernisation of the building at Zamoyskiego 43. The project scope includes multi-branch documentation covering architectural, structural, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) specialities. It also involves the development of the adjacent outdoor area. The appointed firm will provide complete design documentation, divided into three modules: thermal modernisation, building construction, and adjacent area development. Additionally, the contract includes author's supervision during the construction phase and support for the client in selecting the main building contractor. This initiative is partially supported by EU funds through the European Investment Bank's ELENA instrument under the Horizon 2020 programme, focusing on the comprehensive modernisation of municipal buildings in Warsaw. The design phase is expected to be completed within 80 days.
