This tender establishes a dynamic purchasing system for architectural and engineering services in Gran Canaria, Spain. Contracts will be awarded through seven distinct lots, covering specific services like project drafting for urban redevelopment and building, construction supervision for both types of projects, combined project drafting and supervision, and dedicated health and safety coordination. This initiative aims to secure a range of expertise to support the region's development needs over an initial two-year period, with potential for up to four annual renewals.
