Palacký University in Olomouc is seeking architectural services for the comprehensive revitalisation of specific areas within Building B of its Faculty of Law. The project involves developing detailed project documentation, covering both the permit application stage and subsequent construction implementation. This extensive scope is divided into several key phases: the renovation of the small hall and the extension of a terrace, innovative solutions for the building's atria, the final stages of Building B's overall revitalisation, and the enhancement of the exterior landscaping. A crucial component of the tender also includes the creation of separate documentation for interior furnishings. The appointed contractor will be responsible for a range of services, including providing engineering support to secure all necessary permits, collaborating closely during the selection processes for both the main construction contractor and the interior furnishing suppliers, and delivering expert designer supervision throughout the entire construction phase.
