Quadro per i progetti di infrastruttura, Anversa
Belgium's Flemish Government establishes a four-year framework for comprehensive survey, design, and supervision services on regional road infrastructure projects. Deadline 21 Sep 2026
The Flemish Government is seeking to establish a framework agreement for a wide range of services related to diverse infrastructure projects on regional roads in the Antwerp region. This comprehensive programme encompasses various stages from initial feasibility studies and mobility investigations to detailed design and supervision of works. Key services include the study and design of infrastructure projects in the broadest sense, potentially involving the replacement of existing sewage systems with separate networks, and the design of engineering structures such as bridges and tunnels. The framework also covers traffic studies, the preparation of project notes, topographical surveys, and the creation of expropriation plans. Environmental considerations are central, with requirements for Project-MER (Environmental Impact Assessment) and various natural environment studies, including appropriate assessments and tree surveys. Furthermore, the scope extends to soil and groundwater investigations, dewatering studies, and the preparation of environmental permit applications. Consultants will also assist with coordinating and monitoring utility company works, developing detailed tender documents, providing quality assurance throughout the study assignment, and delivering services related to Building Information Management (BIM), communication, and public participation.
