The County of Butte, through its General Services Department, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms and individuals to provide on-call professional services and be included on its Approved List of Qualified Professional Services. This initiative covers a wide range of expertise, including Architecture & Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Consulting (encompassing CEQA and NEPA compliance), Hazardous Materials Inspector of Record, Landscape Architectural Services, Land Surveying Services, Resident Inspector, and Special Testing & Inspection. The primary objective is to establish a roster of pre-qualified professionals, enabling the County to efficiently procure specialized expertise as needed for future projects and departmental requirements across Butte County. This proactive approach ensures that experienced and capable providers are readily available to deliver high-quality services on an ad-hoc basis for various infrastructure and development needs.
