New Wyzwolenia Street Construction, Gdańsk
Gdańsk's City Development Directorate advances a major infrastructure project in Poland, managing the design and construction of the new Wyzwolenia Street, split into two functional sections. Deadline 26 Oct 2026
The project encompasses comprehensive design documentation and author's supervision for the construction of New Wyzwolenia Street in Gdańsk, Poland. The work is divided into two primary stages: an eastern section and a western section. The eastern section involves building the street, reconstructing the intersection with Marynarki Polskiej Street, constructing an engineering structure over the Warzywód II stream, developing a road drainage system, including retention facilities and a rainwater pumping station, and relocating existing utilities. It also requires soil contamination testing and the preparation of landscaping and tree protection plans. Similarly, the western section includes street construction, drainage systems, utility relocation, soil testing, and green space management. Both stages necessitate obtaining all necessary administrative permits, including building permits. An optional second scope of work involves developing and approving a remediation plan if soil contamination is identified in either stage.
