The Commune de Saint-Nicolas is seeking a project author for the complete design and construction of a new nursery school at the Emile Jeanne site, located at Rue Pavé du Gosson 460. This project aims to accommodate approximately 100 pupils and encompasses a full range of services including architecture, structural engineering, special techniques, and energy performance (PEB) studies. The estimated value of the works is 2,500,000 EUR excluding VAT. The project is structured into several phases: a firm phase for preliminary design (Avant-projet), followed by conditional phases for the urban planning permit application, tender documentation, offer analysis, and execution control. The selected team will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive design that meets the functional, economic, and architectural quality requirements for this significant educational development in Saint-Nicolas, Belgium.
