Trondheim Municipality is seeking tenderers for a framework agreement covering consultancy and engineering design services for urban and green areas. The municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three to five selected tenderers. This agreement will facilitate assignments related to the consulting and engineering design of various urban and green spaces within the municipality. The contract has an estimated average annual value of NOK 4,500,000, excluding VAT, over the contract period. The combined value for the entire possible contract duration, including options, is estimated at NOK 18,000,000, with a maximum value set at NOK 27,000,000. The initial framework agreement period is two years, with options for two additional one-year extensions. The procurement is an open tender contest, and negotiations are not permitted after the tender deadline.
