Bethanien Krankenhaus Chemnitz gemeinnützige GmbH is undertaking a significant expansion of its Education Centre for Health Professions in Chemnitz, Germany. This project aims to create additional training places in acute inpatient care, as well as inpatient and outpatient long-term care. The tender seeks comprehensive architectural services for buildings and interiors, covering all nine service phases as per HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1. The appointment will be staged, with the initial phase encompassing service phases 1 to 3. There is no guarantee of subsequent phases being awarded. The current schedule anticipates the commencement of Stage 1 in mid-February 2027. The estimated budget for cost groups 200 to 700 is approximately 12.4 million EUR gross, reflecting the scale and importance of this development for healthcare education in the region.
