The Institut Català del Sòl (INCASÒL) is advancing a significant residential development in Vallirana, Catalonia, Spain, focusing on the provision of affordable housing. This initiative involves the comprehensive architectural design and subsequent construction management for 56 new social housing units. These crucial homes are planned for the Casino Valliranenc block, an area strategically located between Major, Miquel Batlle, and Pau Casals streets within the town. The overall programme spans an estimated duration of 1,700 days, underscoring the long-term commitment to enhancing the region's affordable rental stock.
