3D Exhibition Design Framework, London
Imperial War Museums in the UK is establishing a framework for high-quality 3D exhibition design services to support its museum and heritage environments. Deadline 02 Oct 2026
Imperial War Museums (IWM) is establishing a new framework agreement for 3D exhibition design services, aiming to secure access to a pool of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective suppliers. This initiative will support IWM's operational and commercial requirements by providing expertise in museum, heritage, and public-facing exhibition environments. The framework is designed for an initial three-year period, with an option for a one-year extension, allowing IWM to commission services on an as-needed basis. The procurement process is currently at the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) stage, where potential providers are invited to demonstrate their capabilities. Shortlisted companies will then proceed to a tender bid evaluation. This framework specifically targets 3D design expertise and does not include standalone 2D graphic design services. Successful providers will play a crucial role in shaping engaging and impactful visitor experiences across IWM's various sites.
