This workshop helps senior HR, TA, and people leaders move from uncertainty to confident decisions about AI agents in workforce management through practical frameworks and governance essentials.
This in-person, interactive workshop is designed for senior HR, TA, and people leaders to demystify AI agents and apply them strategically within their organizations. Participants will cut through the hype to make confident, defensible decisions regarding AI agents in HR and workforce management. Led by transformation specialist Khyati Pal, the session offers practical insights into how agents are constructed, governed, and integrated into daily business activities.
Attendees will explore real-world use cases, practical frameworks, and essential governance principles. Key themes include understanding what an AI agent truly is, identifying genuine value-adding opportunities versus mere automation, and breaking down HR work into suitable tasks for agent support. The workshop culminates in participants designing a clear, defensible agent concept tied to a real business problem, while also covering critical aspects of data ownership, governance, and infrastructure.
Through facilitated exercises and group work, leaders will learn to assess, design, and safely apply agentic AI, gaining confidence in leading discussions on this evolving technology.
