The Sharjah Architecture Triennial is an expansive cultural and architectural platform exploring contemporary issues in architecture and urbanism across West Asia, North and East Africa and Asia. It combines site-specific installations, exhibitions, talks, workshops, tours and research programmes to examine how architecture engages with climate, culture and socially grounded practice. For architects and designers it presents opportunities to engage with regional urban transformations, material and climatic responses in design, and dialogues on architectural research and spatial experience. The Triennial’s multidisciplinary framing fosters reflection on architecture’s role within shifting social and environmental frameworks.
