A credible opportunity to support and share in our vision to raise the profile of industrious, hardworking and enterprising building and construction businesses.
The National Building and Construction Awards are made up of 19 categories that allow any successful business in the UK to enter these prestigious awards. All entries are judged by up to 4 of our national panel of judges. The pinnacle of the awards is the Grand Celebration, a black tie evening held in October.

- May enter up to 3 categories
- All entries as well as supporting documents must be submitted online.
- The competition is open to all businesses nationally working in the building and construction trade.
- A sponsor cannot enter an award in the category that they are sponsoring.
- Each category has different requirements – please see individual category descriptions.
- The Judges reserve the right to move your application to another category or to add you to another category.

Apprentice of the Year | Community Engagement | Architectural Practise of the Year | Contractor of the Year (contact value up to £5m) | Construction Software Award | Consultancy of the Year | Contractor of the Year (contract value over £5m) | Health and Safety Award | Digital Construction Award | Innovation of the Year | Project / Construction Manager of the Year | Project of the Year – Up to £10 Million | Project of the Year - £10 million to £25 million | Project of the Year – Over £25 million | Quantity Surveyors of the Year (Partnership or Company) | Residential Developer of the Year | Restoration Project of the Year | Specialist Contractor of the Year | Women in Construction Award | Sub-Contractor of the Year | Sustainability Award
