Westmorland and Furness Council is embarking on a transformative project to revitalise the Grade II listed Penrith Town Hall, converting it into a dynamic Creative and Community Hub. The initiative aims to repurpose this significant historic asset into a flexible cultural, creative, community, and civic venue, while seamlessly integrating a re-imagined Penrith and Eden Museum. This team will build upon an existing Outline Business Case, supporting the development and approval of a comprehensive Full Business Case by the Council. The project underscores a commitment to fostering community engagement and enhancing cultural provisions within the region, ensuring the preservation and modern utility of a key local landmark.
