Ko\u0142\u0142\u0105taja 31 in Wroc\u0142aw, Poland. The primary objective is to adapt the building for people with disabilities by constructing an external passenger lift shaft. The scope is divided into two stages: an initial guaranteed stage and an optional second stage. The first stage includes building inventory, stratigraphic facade analysis, ornithological and chiropterological opinions, development of two different reconstruction concepts for accessibility, agreement with the Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments on the chosen concept, and preparation of the architectural and construction design. The optional second stage encompasses multi-discipline technical designs, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works, obtaining a building permit from the City of Wroc\u0142aw's Department of Architecture and Monuments, and providing author's supervision during the construction phase.
