The aim is to convert this facility into a state-of-the-art lecture centre, enhancing the university's academic infrastructure and improving its energy efficiency. The comprehensive scope of works includes general construction, site preparation, and building completion, alongside the installation of various essential systems. These encompass electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, as well as extensive thermal insulation. The project also involves architectural services to ensure a modern and functional design. All construction activities will take place on the university's campus in Warsaw. This initiative is partially funded by EU Funds under the Cohesion Fund (2021\/2027) programme, specifically targeting energy efficiency improvements. The project is scheduled to commence in November 2026 and conclude by March 2028.
