DB InfraGO AG requires a range of specialist services, including the creation of a landscape conservation plan using Building Information Modelling (BIM), an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, and a detailed species protection contribution, also utilising BIM for mapping. Further requirements include an FFH compatibility study, a contribution to the Water Framework Directive, hydrogeological reports, and the development of protection concepts for floodplains and drinking water protection areas. The scope also encompasses obtaining necessary water law permits.
