The South Moravian Region in Czechia is seeking a contractor to develop a comprehensive territorial study for its southeastern area. This project, known as 'Územní studie Jihovýchod', is crucial for guiding future urban development in accordance with the country's building law. The scope of work is detailed within the tender documentation, including specific commercial, payment, and technical specifications. The overall programme for completing both parts of the study is set not to exceed 12 months from the commencement of work. The region is committed to responsible procurement, integrating environmental protection measures and ensuring fair working conditions, including timely payments to all subcontractors involved in the project. The selection process will evaluate proposals based on price, the professional experience and expertise of the team leader and other team members, the proposed work methodology, and a direct interview with the team leader.
