The project involves the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation and redevelopment of municipal buildings in Wrocław, Poland. The scope of work for the appointed architects includes developing detailed design and cost estimate documentation for each building, as specified in the guidelines. Furthermore, the successful contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary building permits from the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the Wrocław City Office, ensuring all legal requirements are met. The contract also mandates the provision of author's supervision during the construction works, ensuring adherence to the approved designs. This comprehensive service covers two separate lots of municipal buildings, located at ul. Jedności Narodowej 173 a, ul. Stabłowickiej 78, and ul. Kazimierza Jagiellończyka 37, ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 37a, respectively. The duration for these services is set for 45 months.
