The project entails the construction of a new annex building for the Majjate local government to improve administrative accessibility for residents, in Morocco.
This competition involves the construction of a new annex administrative building for the Commune of Majjate, located within the El Mountazah development in the Meknès region. Designed as a two-storey facility (R+1), the building will include a reception area, public service offices, meeting rooms, and administrative workspaces, covering a total built area of 288 m². The 2,360 m² site will also accommodate landscaped green spaces, pedestrian paths, car parking, and technical reserves for future expansion. The aim is to bring municipal services closer to residents and enhance the accessibility and efficiency of local public administration.

Submission Criteria
Up to 3 projects will be selected for recognition:
1st place: MAD 1.5k, 2nd place: MAD 1k, 3rd place: MAD 500
The winner will be awarded the contract, and their prize will be deducted from the eventual fee.
Deliverables:
– Administrative documents: declaration on honour, authorisation to practice, tax and social security compliance, and registration with the national architecture board.
– Technical proposal: architectural concept, project outline, project description, materials note, rough cost estimate, A3 format sketch, and study timeline.
– Financial proposal: percentage-based fee offer, filled engagement act.
