This project, located on the upper slab of the Lorilleux car park, extends a previously completed first phase of family gardens. The successful team will be responsible for a full mission, from initial complementary studies through to concept development, project execution, and post-completion assistance during the warranty period. A key aspect of the brief is to ensure visual and architectural continuity with the existing Phase 1, using its design elements, such as a pergola, as a reference. The contract comprises a firm tranche covering preliminary studies, design (AVP, PRO), and assistance with contract awarding (ACT), alongside two optional tranches for site supervision (VISA, DET, AOR, OPC) and the perfect completion guarantee period (GPA).
