The selection process is a negotiated procedure, allowing for the optimisation of design and organisational solutions due to complex investment conditions and the need to adapt readily available design services to specific requirements. Key considerations include selecting and optimising construction technologies, assessing prefabrication feasibility, determining BIM methodology usage, addressing site constraints near a military airport such as acoustic climate and height restrictions, and exploring variants for heat sources, ventilation, rainwater retention, electromobility, and other eco-friendly solutions.
