The second lot involves the crucial review of urban planning projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks, specifically Article 58 and Article 63 of the Law on Urban Planning. The third and most comprehensive lot covers detailed design work, encompassing conceptual designs, detailed infrastructure designs, and integrated detailed designs across all engineering disciplines, including civil, hydraulic, geotechnical, architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
